QUESTIONFifty-five-year-old male with a history significant for a superficial stab-wound without repair, diabetes mellitus, and recurrent UTIs is presented with abdominal pain and burping for 4 days. Exam revealed generalized abdominal tenderness and ventral hernia. Imaging showed 8-cm cystolithiasis, moderate bilateral hydronephrosis, and left staghorn renal calculus.
