ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) - Alexandria City Council member Lizzie Felter called an emergency meeting, the first of several, to remove two Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority board commissioners, which included her appointee, Tracye Snow, as well as Candice Cheney. That meeting was scheduled for Monday, Feb. 19, but for unknown reasons, it was moved to Tuesday’s regular council meeting. The board then went forward with removing GAEDA commissioner Snow, in a four-to-two vote.
