On February 13-14, 2023, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) convened a virtual panel of the Medicare Evidence Development & Coverage Advisory Committee (MEDCAC) to evaluate changes to the criteria for clinical studies submitted under Coverage with Evidence Development (CED) recommended by a government contractor.
