    Charlton police have charged a Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School teacher with indecent assault and harassment after several students reported inappropriate touching and sexual comments. David Martinson, 61, is charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years old, three counts of criminal harassment, assault and battery, and accosting or annoying another person, according to court documents and police reports.
