A Parklife stage has closed to festival goers due to "safety advice". The Matinee stage was closed off to guests and emptied out of crowds at around 6.30pm. The dance stage has been the venue for artists such as Malugi, Interplanetary Criminal, Alex Farrell, Mella Dee, and Prospa throughout the weekend. Despite the setback, Dutch DJ Chris Stussy is still slated to close out the night's performances at Heaton Park, although his set, originally scheduled from 8pm until 11pm, faces delays.
