Time to move on. The cranberry sauce that no one ate has been tossed out and the turkey is well on its way to becoming an upscale version of chicken salad. Now we move whole hog into the Christmas season, which for all intents and purposes began the day after Halloween. But now even those who complain about “pushing the season” feel that they can legitimately go up in the attic and pull out the Christmas decorations. Some people already have a Christmas tree up. Is it too early for a live one?
