OK, so, fair warning. I may be a little “spicier” than normal. It’s been a challenging couple of weeks and I’m in a worse mood than usual. The actual news hook is that, in the consent agenda, the city council on March 25 approved $75,000 worth of changes to a bid for work that is largely being paid for by the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC). Of greater interest is probably the news that some major changes are coming soon the the intersection of Buchanan and Elm to put the corner into compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, or ADA.
