A flood watch is in effect for Otsego, Chenango, Fulton, and Montgomery Counties through Saturday morning.  An area of low pressure is expected to develop and move up the Atlantic Coast today, producing widespread heavy rain across Eastern New York.  Locally, the rain looks to become steadier in the afternoon.  Cloudy, with highs in the low 50s.  Steady rain continues Friday night.  Watch out for ponding on roadways and flooding in poor drainage areas.  Showers and clouds for the start of Saturday.
