Re: Devin [2025] FedCFamC1F 211 (Link to AUSTLII). This decision is perhaps of interest as a contrast to earlier decisions on similar issues. The proceedings concerned Devin, a biologically male child, born in 2013. Whether the child’s biological (or, as the mother and her experts would say, assigned) sex, accords with the child’s gender or gender identity is at the heart of this case.

What is it going to take CBS to get rid of this embarrassment?

I can't believe my eyes. Lesley Stahl had the audacity to ask a Jewish hostage, who was tortured and starved by Hamas, if Hamas really meant to starve him or if they just didn't have enough food. Is this a joke? How the hell can she even ask him that? https://t.co/utofSTtbk8

That will be my pleasure Perry

@bmadden1954 If he doesn't, I'll buy two then, Bill - one for me, one for Bob, and I hope you'll include a glowing inscription in each of them.

Not sure why I should give a hoot about Tiger and Don Jr’s ex- wife Bob but assume you won’t be buying my New book https://t.co/ZgHUnKzU4G

@bmadden1954 How are Don and Vice-President Musk doing for ya, Bill?
