A pitcher as good as Cam Appenzeller can work out of any jam.  He did just that against Sacred-Heart-Griffin on Wednesday. The prized 6-foot-6 senior left-hander navigated the second inning perfectly unscathed despite the bases loaded and no outs — not to mention the rows of scouts and fans crowding around home plate evaluating his every pitch.

These four-year starters have garnered at least one state appearance with the Bullets. Johns will also continue soccer at Western Illinois University, just like Doneghue before she transferred to Missouri Southern State University. The comparison ends there. They are distinctly different players at the net.
