The Detroit Lions announced the signings of four draft picks ahead of their rookie minicamp this weekend. Among those to officially ink their rookie deals this weekend include fifth-round offensive lineman Miles Frazier, sixth-round edge rusher Ahmed Hassanein and their two seventh-round picks, safety Dan Jackson and wide receiver Dominic Lovett.
