SAN ANTONIO - A man convicted in the robbery and stabbing of a Walmart loss prevention worker was declared innocent by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals late last month, nearly six years after a Bexar County jury wrongfully convicted him and sentenced him to 25 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. It was a grainy surveillance video depicting the back of the suspect's head that caused investigators to zero in on Travis Cobb.

SAN ANTONIO - Testimony in the capital murder trial of Texas rapper Taymor McIntyre, known as "Tay-K," is set to begin Tuesday in Bexar County's 187th District Court. McIntyre is alleged to have fatally shot Mark Anthony Saldivar, 23, in the parking lot of a Chick-Fil-A in April of 2017. According to a preliminary report released by the San Antonio Police Department at that time, Saldivar was involved in a fight with several other people inside a car at the intersection of Loop 410 and McCullough.
