Your source to mainline mainstream media misdeeds and malarkey. It was a weekend of wild news items and completely fractured news reporting. An alleged attack on aid workers and Palestinians gathered to receive supplies by Israeli troops was errant from the start, but the avalanche of news reports rolled out despite Hamas being the primary source. As the week went on, more and more outlets have been forced to change and correct their reporting.

Alex Thompson has a new exposé – of sorts – that former White House staffers are willing to come out and indicate that former Biden Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre had been a complete disaster at the job. One side aspect he discovered was that KJP worked with a New York PR representative to promote herself while still on the job, and he showed a development where this rep had once denied, off the record, that they collaborated while she was still at the White House.

Okay, we need to make the call: Whenever the media are the last ones to a story, they cannot call it “news.” This certainly applies to the main issue swirling in the press environment regarding the “revelations” about Joe Biden and his diminishing mental faculties. It has been intolerable to listen to the attempts by journalists to recalibrate their involvement in the coverup of President Silver Alert for four years.

Seriously, at this stage, it should only become news when the Democrats manage to get something done correctly. They have been so consistent in their failed messaging, policy, execution, and basic common sense that fiascos are simply expected from them. We saw this on display Tuesday when they attempted to troll Republicans with the most basic of social stunts, and every aspect of it was a cringe-inducing failure.

There has been a string of ceaseless embarrassments in the press following the firebomb attack on an Israeli rally in Boulder, Colorado, and this only continues. As they try glossing over the details and deflecting to other types of coverage, the tragedy the victims and their families are enduring is a tangible topic of thought. Unless you work for USA Today.

And the checks on judicial power derive from…???

No, Stephen. We are living under a system that checks executive power—because we do not live in a monarchy. It's exactly what the Founders designed (which Republicans used to care about). It's beautiful, really.

It’s a grant David, so it can be pulled. You ARE describing an entitlement, and complaining that it is being withdrawn means you are demanding it be maintained regardless of propriety.

That's the essence of the doctrine of retaliation. I might not be entitled to, say, a government job or a government grant, but I'm entitled not to lose a job or a grant because of, among other things, my race, religion, sex, or constitutionally-protected expression. /2
