MVP –Emanuel Trujillo was crowned tournament MVP after his incredible performance. Trujillo slashed an incredible .571/.625/1.500 in the opening round. Six of his eight hits were for extra bases as he hit three home runs, two doubles, and one triple. Trujillo would also rack up nine RBIs in the opening round.

Panama 7 – Curacao 0 Everyone expected Curacao to win easily as they have done all tournament, but in a shocking turn of events, Panama dominated the game. Panama had to play a perfect game to move on to the finals, and they did. They were led by Antonio Arauz, who would record three RBIS. 4-7 all recorded at least one RBI.
