An anime adaptation of Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru! (There is Also a Hole in the Student Organization!) has been officially announced!The series received some international recognizability when an animated ad announcing a new manga volume became a bit of a meme. The series is a 4koma gag manga following the life of an eccentric student council whose characters all have a weird and sometimes ecchi quirk. Welcome back to Waifu Wednesday, Niche Gamer’s column where we talk about characters, their appeal, and a little on their history. It’s Waifu Wednesday! This week’s waifu is Kozeki Ui from Blue Archive!Ui was added to the game during “The Clumsy Sister and the Magician of the Old Library” event back in 2022. She’s an Explosive Support unit who briefly defined the meta thanks to her ability which reduced the cost of a student’s EX-Special for two casts, alongside a minor attack buff.

Marvel has announced that they’re bringing back their cheesecake-filled Swimsuit Special comics, just in time for some tie-in skins for Marvel Rivals. For those unaware, back in the 1990s, Marvel published Swimsuit Specials which featured pin-up artwork of the franchise’s popular characters. The series lasted for five years, releasing annually. Despite the short run, comic fans still remember when Marvel wasn’t afraid to lean into fan-service.

I’m a wired peripherals kind of guy, so I was skeptical when I was sent the Corsair Void Wireless V2 headset for review. Would I have to charge it every hour? Would I miss the feeling of the cord on my arm as it snakes to my computer? Or am I just an old fart resistant to change? The Void V2 is meant to be a direct improvement of Corsair’s existing Void headset and comes complete with a host of new features and upgrades.

Hololive English talent Gawr Gura announced that she’ll be “graduating” from the company and cease activities with the character. For those unfamiliar, VTubers call refer to quitting, retiring, or moving onto something else as a “graduation”. This tradition is a holdover from the intersection of VTubing and Japanese idol culture. Gura announced her graduation in a recent stream titled: “important announcement”.
