    NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport gave his assessment of the Denver Broncos' offseason moves ahead of the upcoming NFL draft. In a recent interview with the Broncos' media team, Rapoport endorsed the team's free agency moves. "I think there was a lot of smart signings," Rapoport said.     If you were in one of the 300 Mary Brown’s Chicken restaurants in the country - including here in Burlington -  this morning, you may have noticed something peculiar on the TV screens that normally display the menu. For a brief period of time today the digital displays said Stand for Humanity. Stand for Palestine. The message also included the name of a hacker, although it’s difficult to read in the photo. Tee Dave, the local restaurant’s manager, wasn't quite sure how it happened.
