On April 28, the Fountain Inn Fire Department received 52 pet oxygen kits through a collaborative effort with the Greenville County Fire Chiefs Association. These kits, provided by the Pet Oxygen Kit Project, Inc., are part of a countywide initiative to equip first-out fire apparatus with pet oxygen masks-ensuring more animals can be saved during house fires. The Fountain Inn Fire Department will distribute the kits to fire departments throughout Greenville County to support this mission.
