Veteran leadership never goes out of style. The Los Angeles Rams' pass rush is one of the rapidly developing trademarks of a DC Chris Shula defense. While the team has positioned the edge rushers on this team to be even better this season than 2024, there is always room to add one more. And with a young and hungry edge rusher group, perhaps there is room to add a former Rams veteran edge rusher.

Too early to consider rookie quarterback prospects for the 2026 NFL Draft. Not if you check out this baker's dozen, including elite rookie prospect Arch Manning. It's far too early to gauge when the Los Angeles Rams' projected 10 draft picks in the 2026 NFL Draft will fall, but one thing is certain. The Rams have never had this much draft ammunition since the team hired HC Sean McVay in 2017. While that is plenty to be excited about, it only gets better from here.

Time's up for the LA Rams to continue this fundamental flaw. The Los Angeles Rams are older on the offensive side of the football, and much younger on the defensive side of the football. Said another way, the Rams have invested far more of the annual salary cap on the offense than defense.

When the Los Angeles Rams selected Georgia rookie quarterback prospect Stetson Bennett in Round 4 of the 2023 NFL Draft, the move was met with a cool reception by fans. Bennett was not on anyone's radar and was not highly regarded, despite gutsy performances that landed two consecutive College Football Championships for the Georgia Bulldogs.

He is not getting much praise right now. But that is when you can start to feel really good about his chances. The Los Angeles Rams surrounded veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford with a new wave of offensive skill players, as well as reuniting him with the starting center from Super Bowl LVI, Coleman Shelton. The team even added veteran wide receiver Davante Adams to the mix, giving Stafford a reason to come to practice with a bit of a skip in his step.
