Former two-time Bellator MMA title challenger Fabian Edwards earned one of the biggest wins of his career Friday night when he knocked out Impa Kasanganay in the 185-pound headline bout of the PFL's 2025 World Tournament event at Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Florida. Edwards (14-4) hurt Kasanganay (18-6) with a flying knee and then dropped him with a left hand in the second round. A series of follow-up punches on the ground ended the fight at the 2:14 mark.

UFC 314 had one of the most stacked cards of the year so far, and lucky for us, it delivered in a big way. Alexander Volkanovski emerged as the featherweight king after a five-round battle with Diego Lopes, and Paddy Pimblett once again proved his doubters wrong by dismantling Michael Chandler. He now owns the second-longest active win streak (seven fights) in the lightweight division. The pieces of the featherweight puzzle further fell into place down the card.
