Schaefer has joined AEI as a senior fellow. His work will focus on United Nations and international organizations reform, multilateral treaties, and peacekeeping. Before joining AEI, Mr. Schaefer was the Jay Kingham Senior Research Fellow in International Regulatory Affairs at the Heritage Foundation.
