    PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team picked up another sweep on Friday night, this time against UW-Stevens Point inside Williams Fieldhouse. The Pioneers (23-5, 3-3 WIAC) defeated the Pointers (19-9, 5-1 WIAC) 25-10, 26-24, and 25-20. With the win, the Pioneers lock in the five seed in the WIAC Tournament and will travel to four seed UW-Eau Claire on Tuesday night for a 7 p.m. match. UW-Stevens Point will have a bye as the Pointers are the two seed.

    PLATTEVILLE, Wis. – In front of a record-setting crowd, the University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team (19-3) rallied for a 3-2 win after dropping the first two sets against Cornell (7-11) at the annual Yell Night match Friday inside Williams Fieldhouse. The attendance for Friday's match came in at 1745, the highest mark in Pioneers Yell Night history. The number is also the best in program history since attendance began being tracked, surpassing the previous record of 1252 set in 2011.

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Wisconsin-Platteville volleyball team (2-1) picked up its first sweep of the season on Saturday afternoon against Wartbug (1-3) inside the El Pomar Sports Center on the grounds of Colorado College. The Pioneers led throughout the opening set, at one point holding a 14-4 advantage en route to a 25-17 set one win.
