The Jets have a few more weeks of spring practices before taking a break and then reporting to training camp at the end of July. For new coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey, the heavy lifting of roster-building is over. Through free agency and the draft, they have built the roster that is largely going to be the 2025 Jets. There will be some tinkering between now and September, but don’t expect major changes.

On Wednesday afternoon, a new episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” was released with former Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers as the guest. At the same time, the Jets were going through their second OTA practice with new quarterback Justin Fields. Watching the 2025 Jets in the first practice that has been open to the media, it was hard not to feel the difference in Florham Park from the past two years.

The Jets under Aaron Glenn should have a much different look than they did under Robert Saleh. That could lead to chances for players who had to fight to get on the field last year. Sometimes coaches come in and they see a way to use a player much differently than the previous staff.
