    North Carolina State added another veteran player to its 2025-26 roster with a commitment from Ven-Allen Lubin this past weekend. Lubin, a 6-foot-8, 230-pound power forward, will play for his fourth school in four seasons after spending last year at North Carolina playing for Hubert Davis. Lubin started 20 of 37 games for the Tar Heels, logging an average of 19.6 minutes per game. He averaged 8.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 0.9 blocked shots per contest.

    Detroit seven-year veteran Frank Ragnow announced his retirement Monday. In doing so, the Lions lost one of the NFL’s elite warriors, and one of the league’s premier offensive lines lost its anchor. In a post to his Instagram account, Ragnow pointed to injuries as the reason for hanging up his cleats.
