    WEST LAWN — Avenging last year’s District Three first-round loss to South Western was a big step forward for the Ephrata boys lacrosse team. But the Mounts were unable to make a giant leap Tuesday night against defending district Class 3A champion Wilson. Third-seeded Wilson scored seven unanswered goals in the third quarter to break open a tight game and went on to defeat 11th-seeded Ephrata 13-6 at Bulldog Field to end the Mounts’ season.
