ATLANTA. Ga. (WGXA) — The last day of the session, known as Sine Die Day, is closely approaching, which means bills are speeding their way through the chambers at the capitol. House Bill 397 is trying to reach that deadline. The bill would make several changes to Georgia's election laws like removing the Secretary of State from overseeing the state election board. It would give the board the authority to investigate reports. Senator Rick Williams explains another part of the bill.
