Now, the University of Florida is offering a class focused on the laid-back musical talents of Jimmy Buffett. According to the school, the course is titled (Un)Common Arts: "Son of a Son of a Sailor" and is believed to be the first college course on Buffett in Florida and possibly in the country.

U.S. companies would no longer be able to bar employees from taking jobs with competitors under a rule approved by a federal agency Tuesday, though the rule is sure to be challenged in court. The Federal Trade Commission voted Tuesday 3-2 to ban measures known as noncompete agreements, which bar workers from jumping to or starting competing companies for a prescribed period of time. According to the FTC, 30 million people — roughly one in five workers — are now subject to such restrictions.

Tesla knocked $2,000 off the prices of three of its five models in the United States late Friday, another sign of the challenges facing the electric vehicle maker led by billionaire Elon Musk.
