On Tuesday, Mario Persicone gave Action News an inside look at PNM's manufacturing facility in Fresno. Skilled employees were busy using heavy machinery to make metal parts for an array of industries. Most are made of aluminum.

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman has died after authorities say she got out of a truck as it was moving in Fresno County on Tuesday night. The incident happened just before 9 p.m. on Millerton and North Fork roads in Friant. The California Highway Patrol says a 34-year-old woman was sitting in the front seat when she got out of the moving vehicle. The woman was run over by one of the truck's back tires and died at the scene.

They were told the reason had to do with complaints from onsite businesses, leaving some vendors looking for a new source of income. "I was very taken aback. I was speechless, and I just had a moment to process. Is this right? Can they do that?" said Natalie Sakkakhanaune-Simmavong with Sticky Rice on Wheels.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- PG&E CEO Patricia Poppe sat down with Mayor Jerry Dyer in Downtown Fresno Thursday evening to talk about energy bills and ongoing efforts to make prices more affordable. Action News was able to speak with her one-on-one after their discussion. "The truth is, people are having a difficult time, whether their residential or business, making difficult decisions. Do they pay one bill versus PG&E rates?" Dyer asked Poppe.
