VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A predator accused of sexually assaulting multiple victims is on the run in Visalia. Police have now released surveillance footage of the suspect and are asking for the public's help to identify him. Seen wearing a red hoodie and black pants, the video shows the suspect accused of sexually assaulting at least three victims.

MERCED, Calif. (KFSN) -- Just days before the anniversary of Stanley Howard's death, his family is speaking out and calling for justice. Howard was killed nearly 39 years ago in his Merced home, and his killer is still on the run. Howard's death has remained a mystery for nearly four decades, but his family has not given up hope and is offering a new $25,000 reward to find his killer. The murder happened back on June 22nd, 1986.

Unrest in the Middle East has sparked protests across the U.S."The US is considering helping Israel and bombing Iran, and that's the last thing this country needs. It's not in our country's interest. It's not anybody's interest," says Ken Hudson, Peace Fresno. As another round of attacks in the region continued overnight, a small group of protestors took to the streets in downtown Fresno. Among them, Dr. R.J. Cantwell, a veteran, says he hasn't seen much change in his nearly 90 years.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- New rules in effect Thursday will change the landscape of the more than 120 smoke shops across the City of Fresno, narrowing that number down to seven per council district, allowing for a total of 49. "Every council district south of Shaw is completely overwhelmed by smoke shops, and those smoke shops have led to a significant increase in crime," said Fresno City Council Vice President Miguel Arias.
