forgot the earthquake. I showed up for work 3.5 hours early, then worked a 4-hour shift... then worked another 6.5 hours to keep my department on the level, despite my back killing me, AND the earthquake. I feel like Jack Bauer.

Found out my grandfather died last Sunday. Found out my aunt passed away last night. I’ve lost two family members in less than a week and don’t know how to feel about any of this.
