    “Five years too late!” I joked with a friend after posting my first talking head, withdrawal education video on Instagram, referring to how unbelievably delayed I am in distilling this information into short-form video on Instagram and TikTok. “Ten years,” he said, correcting me in clock time. It’s true. Instagram came out with video capability in 2013. I went into antidepressant withdrawal in 2016 and started talking about it publicly in 2017.
