Luke Richardson is no stranger to Nashville. He’s been on the ice at Bridgestone Arena for plenty of occasions during his 1,417 game playing career as an opponent. He’s stood behind the bench as an assistant and head coach over parts of 12 seasons in the NHL. He even stopped in town years ago on a summer motorcycle trip and relished the chance to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. “I’m a big Elvis Presley fan, so that fit perfectly on that occasion,” Richardson said over the phone.
