(KMDL-FM) Louisiana diners are finicky. They won't admit it, but we are a very picky bunch when it comes to the foods that we will eat and enjoy. Sure, we eat things out of ditches, like crawfish. Sure, we eat bottom dwellers like catfish. Sure have been known to cook down every part of the hog to make something good. I know I would like to see boudin, cracklin', some sausage, and a "get out of bypass free" card from my cardiologist. But that ain't happening, is it?
