IntroductionBorderline personality disorder (BPD) is also known as emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) in the United Kingdom – as per International Classification of Diseases, tenth revision (ICD-10), BPD is a type of EUPD. Both autism and BPD/EUPD can manifest as similar differences in the way people experience and interact with the world (May et al., 2021).
