Follow publicationRunning is simple, not easy, and full of surprisesI tried running a couple of times in the past. Before I tried it, I thought it was simple: you create a plan (for example, to run a 5k) and then you go. But that isn’t the case. It’s tough when you start. Daphne and I woke up early this morning. We had our hotel around a ten-minute walk away from the central train station of Zürich. Our trip to Italy will really start today. How Caligula turned madness into power. We’ve had many weird rulers throughout history. The likes of Ivan the Terrible, who killed his own son, or Nero who played music while Rome was burning and built a golden palace over the ruins of the city and after he killed his family members. But then there’s Caligula. Caligula ruled over the Roman Empire from 37 to 41 AD and in the short timespan of just four years he did some things that got him the title for his paranoia and bizarre behavior.
