NHANES, conducted by National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) [20], is a comprehensive study designed to assess the correlation between nutrition, health promotion, and disease prevention. The survey shall be conducted every two years by taking physical examinations, interviews, and various sections covering dietary, demographic, examinations, and laboratory data. For the present study, data were collected from ten 2-year cycles of NHANES from 1999 to 2018.
