ABSTRACTBackground Research has evidenced the role of creative arts and culture in positive mental health of individuals and communities. There is more limited research into its significance for those who have felt life is not worth living at some point. Objective The current study aims to explore the role of creative arts in recovery following a suicide attempt in healthcare workers, a population at high risk of work-related stress, and greater risk of poorer mental health.
