OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. - A man is behind bars after being charged for allegedly setting a man on fire. 30-year-old Joseph Lee Green is being held on a $75,000 (10%) bond in the Oakland County Jail following his arraignment on a charge of assault with intent tot to great bodily harm less than murder. According to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, Green allegedly used paper and a lighter to burn a victim on his neck, arm and body in Pontiac. The 49-year-old victim was hospitalized with injuries.
