Bond has been denied for the man accused of killing Shondra May back in 1986. Last week, authorities apprehended Rubin Weeks, 63, at an RV park in Madison County in connection with May’s slaying. The suspect was believed to be living at the location at the time of his arrest. Weeks is believed to have kidnapped May, who was 17, after her shift at a McDonald’s in Leake County nearly 40 years ago. The victim had reportedly gone missing after her shift.
