A crash between an SUV and truck near Libertytown was fatal for a passenger involved. Sarah Campbell, a spokesperson forFrederick County Division of Fire and Rescue Services, said in an email that the calls came in shortly after 2 p.m. for a collision at Clemsonville Road and New Windsor Road. The accident involved an SUV with two adult occupants and a truck with one adult occupant, according to Campbell.

A developers is looking to modify plans for a portion of the Tuscarora Creek housing development on the north side of the city of Frederick. Overall, the housing development was approved for 847 units, according to city documents. Of those units, 44 were approved for single-family detached housing, 614 for single-family attached housing and 189 for multifamily, according to the records.
