    Rancho Grande in Colville was recently bought out by new owner Salvador Zuniga, who officially took over the restaurant on May 3.     Summit Valley residents will have the opportunity to cast their ballots for the school district’s levy renewal by Feb. 11. According to Summit Valley Superintendent, Kristina Allen, the levy is intended to fund the school’s teaching staff and the basic materials, as well as other necessities  such as utilities, insurance, and building maintenance, which are not fully funded by state dollars.
