GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - As Bill Jartz says goodbye to WBAY this week, he’s seen a lot of stories. Sitting in this anchor seat as he has for nearly 27 years, you get a complete view of the local and national news that affects people’s lives. They affect our lives too, and there have been moments, both on and off camera, that made Bill pause. That includes one very important phone call and one night in the fall of 2000 for the pivotal Lambeau Field vote on the 1/2 cent sales tax for Brown County.

A peak WI winter day is when you tell someone 'it's warming up outside' bc you see the sun and it's melting the top layer of salt/sand/brine on the road. But it's still single digits.

Thanks for the shoutout!
