The Fantastic Four: First Steps director Matt Shakman explains why there’s no Doom and adapting Galactus in a recent interview. EW has a big Fantastic Four spread this week, which also includes some new stills from the film. There’s also some copy from Thing actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach, but I’ll cover his comments in a separate article. In a recent interview actor Ebon Moss-Bachrach praises a team effort to realize Ben Grimm on screen for The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The actor spoke with EW as part of their coverage of the upcoming big Marvel Summer film. “I’ve never collaborated with so many people — literally hundreds of people, between the animators and the designers. It was a real team effort. Even though a lot of it is motion-capture and created in animation, all of those costume pieces were built.

Today’s DCU news is that Superman now releases two days early internationally, plus some potato quality Supergirl set images to ponder. Let’s start with some official DCU news. It has been announced by WB that Superman will now release two days early outside of the US. So that’s a July 9th premiere date for what seems to be everyone except domestic audiences. We’ve gotten used to global releases with Marvel, but this approach is still very common.

Here’s my The Wheel of Time S3E7 review folks, and this one is all about the Battle of the Two Rivers, so was it any good? As always this is a SPOILER FREE review and as such this week I’m going to keep it fairly concise and vague. The BattleOkay, so I’m spoiling the fact this episode has a big battle in it, but we all knew this was coming based on last week right? This battle in the book was a particular favourite of some fans. So will it live up to expectations?

The latest Star Wars Barside Buzz is the runtimes for every episode of Andor Season 2. The info comes from the folks over at Bespin Bulletin who have an ear to the ground for all Star Wars rumbles. Normally when we cover runtimes it’s from Cryptic HD and they’ve never been wrong to date. I can’t speak for the validity of Bespin therefore, however they appear confident on this one. They say this is information that matches from multiple sources.
