The Bayer Group has revealed its results for the opening quarter of 2025, describing the three-month performance as a “solid start” to the year. Dole has said it turned in a good first quarter (Q1) performance, positioning it to deliver a “strong full year result for 2025”. Maersk makes solid start to 2025

AP Moller-Maersk has released its results for the first quarter of 2025 (Q1), reporting year-on-year revenue growth of 7.8 per cent to US$13.3bn with EBIT increasing to US$1.3bn from US$177mn. The shipping group said that the results, while sequentially down as expected, represented a “good start to the year”. They were driven primarily by solid profitability in its ocean segment, operational improvements in logistics and services, and higher volumes in terminals, it outlined.
