    It seems that some Democratic lawmakers are constantly fretting over being called “woke.” But should they? First off, I don’t even know what “woke” precisely means anymore other than “stuff MAGA doesn’t like.”However, initiatives aimed at providing opportunities to the marginalized are a good starting point for their definition, and they are generous ones to boot. Really, most “anti-woke,” Trump-led rhetoric is just a gauzy cover for his racism. Can we agree on this? If so, let’s move on.

Both he and the Keystone State would be best served if he resigned. The allegations about his behavior are credible and worrisome. Democratic Sen. John Fetterman, who has dealt with mental health issues, is the subject of recent New York Magazine and New York Times reporting based on both named and unnamed former aides saying they are worried about his well-being.

Much has already been said and written about Trump’s first 100 days in office, a period marked by constitution-shredding initiatives also aimed at cowing his enemies (i.e., anyone who doesn’t kiss his ass) into frightened submission lest they also be shipped to a torturous, Salvadoran gulag.

    Excellent potential candidates hailing from our community could make a serious run for the White House in 2028. If you’re not a fan of economy-crippling tariffs and the unconstitutionality of shipping people to a Salvadoran concentration camp, then the 2028 election can’t come soon enough. Any one of the following potential candidates—none of whom have officially thrown their hat in the ring—would make an excellent president, with either of the remaining two in the VP slot.
