1. Introduction 1.1. Emotional Perceptions of GardensUrban landscapes, such as cities or densely populated areas, can increase stress levels and lead to negative emotions such as anxiety and depression [1,2]. However, there are ways to mitigate the impacts of urban environments on mental health. Garden landscapes and natural landscapes with colorful vegetation have been shown to improve the mental and physical health of individuals by having a calming effect and reducing stress levels [3,4].
