ABSTRACTThis article explores the importance of the role of law teachers in fostering a learning environment where students are encouraged to make mistakes and, importantly, learn how to respond to them effectively. While some disciplines may naturally integrate a growth mindset that views mistakes as essential to the learning process, traditional legal pedagogy often emphasises precision and accuracy, potentially deterring students from embracing mistakes as opportunities for growth.
