An older couple downsizing from St Kilda snapped up an extended three-bedroom heritage home in Yarraville for $1.662 million, after battling three families hoping to secure their next home in the area. The spacious, fully renovated family home at 11 Cuming Street features two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and lounge, and is located near Yarraville Village. It was guided at $1.5 to $1.58 million and bidding opened at $1.6 million.
