Binod Shah first came to the U.S. as a refugee, fleeing ethnic cleansing in his home country. He moved to Twin Falls in 2008 and could now be forced to leave his wife and 9-month-old son after he turned himself into Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Four University of Idaho students have had their visas revoked, according to Jodi Walker, a spokesperson with the Moscow school. Walker declined to provide additional information, citing student privacy. President Donald Trump’s administration in recent weeks has started pulling back hundreds of student visas across the country. Some visas seem to have been terminated for activism or past legal issues, according to NBC News.
