Chicken salad made buffalo-style with white meat shredded chicken, celery, Ranch dressing and Buffalo Wing Sauce. I've mentioned previously that I tend to make a roasted chicken at least 3 times a month. It's great to feed a family of four, plus we have leftovers for recipes like soup, add-ins to our favorite casserole dishes and of course, chicken salad for lunch.
