Shinedown recently announced their "Dance, Kid, Dance Tour" with Beartooth and Country artist Morgan Wade. The tour will be making a stop in New Orleans at the Smoothie King Center on May 16th but Shinedown's lead singer Brent Smith is in town today and this weekend, hiding tickets around areas of New Orleans and Metairie for Shinedown fans to find! George Birge is proof that good guys DO win! He's also proof that hard work and perseverance pay off. George has been making Country Music for a while without getting the recognition he rightfully deserved, but a great song that he wrote called "Mind On You" changed all of that. And to think... "Mind On You" was set to be recorded by another artist- one of the biggest artists in Country Music- and George had a change of heart and asked for the song back.
