George has been making Country Music for a while without getting the recognition he rightfully deserved, but a great song that he wrote called "Mind On You" changed all of that. And to think... "Mind On You" was set to be recorded by another artist- one of the biggest artists in Country Music- and George had a change of heart and asked for the song back.

It was quite a weekend for Jelly Roll! Friday night, he played to a sold out Madison Square Garden, where he was joined on stage by Post Malone (side note... they performed their collaboration from Posty's F1 Trillion album called "Losers" that INSTANTLY became one of my all-time favorite songs!). Saturday, Jelly performed at the Global Citizen Festival and then was escorted over to 30 Rock to be the musical guest on the season 50 premiere of Saturday Night Live.

Right now is a very exciting time for Drew Baldridge. Drew has been in Nashville for 13 years and at one point he had a record label deal, only to watch his label close it's doors. But Drew had something else- a really great song that he believed in called "She's Somebody's Daughter." In fact, he believed in that song so much, he released it on his own- without a record label backing him- and he's had tremendous success in doing so, which is something that's quite uncommon in today's music world.
