Condé Nast has made the decision to merge the popular digital music publication, Pitchfork, with men’s magazine, GQ. As a result, there will be layoffs at Pitchfork, including the departure of editor-in-chief Puja Patel. The announcement was made by Anna Wintour, Condé Nast’s chief content officer and global editorial director of Vogue, in a memo to company staff. The merging of Pitchfork and GQ comes after a careful evaluation of Pitchfork’s performance and Condé Nast’s vision for the brand.

The Indian government has announced plans to divest a 3.5% stake in renewable energy company NHPC Ltd through an offer-for-sale (OFS). The OFS will take place on January 18 and 19, 2024, with a non-retail investor bidding window opening on the first day and a retail investor bidding window on the second. The offering includes a base size of 2.5% and a green shoe option of one percent. In order to allocate shares, around 10% of the offer shares will be reserved.
